Ok, this is gonna be a look at what happens behind the scenes of restaurant management...

Some rules:

• It will be factual.
• There will be swearing/anger/joy/frustration expressed.
• All opinions are mine, I stand by them, even if I turn out to be wrong later!

I'll just be picking up the flow from current events, there will be opportunity to expand on our history as things crop up.

And the first thing to crop up is that it's 12 midday, and I need to get my arse downtown and start prepping for service tonight.
